What is craniosacral therapy (CST)?

Craniosacral therapy is a hands-on healing technique that gently mobilizes and releases the craniosacral system this includes the head, spine, pelvis and sacrum. A variety of gentle holds are used, which assist the body to drop into a more harmonious and balanced state allowing for the release of often long held tension and trauma.
This can be a profoundly relaxing therapy that allows the receiver to connect deeply with their own inner intelligence, facilitating the body to deeply relax, unwind and heal.

CST has been found to help people suffering from:

  • Neck and back pain
  • TMJ
  • Headaches
  • Migraines
  • Chronic fatigue
  • Eye problems
  • Trauma
  • Central nervous system disorders
  • Anxiety and stress related complaints
